The annual meeting of the LLECOA will be held on Sunday, July 7 at 12:00pm at the Fire Station, Sinclair, ME.

5.          Election of Directors

a.          Current Board of Directors and Terms (Annual Meeting to Annual Meeting)

b.          Expired Term(s)

                      Ryan Gahagan’s term has expired. He is willing to serve again.

c.          Resigned Term(s)

                      Lori Boudin, after doing a significant amount of work as Secretary and Treasurer, unfortunately needs to step down from her position as Director. We thank her very much for her time volunteering and getting our records up to date and organized so well. Her position as Director needs to be filled for one year.

d.          Nomination of members to serve vacant Director positions
